Fitness.

Train the body the court asks for.

Four weeks of physical work built for padel, written for you by hand — around what you play, what hurts and what you actually have to train with. Not a generic gym plan with a padel label on it.

One email the day the month opens. Nothing else, and no account needed.

What a month is
  1. 1It starts with what you have
  2. 2Four weeks of padel movement
  3. 3As much coaching as you asked for

Written by hand for your answers on every tier. Never a template with your name at the top.

How it runs

Same month, three amounts of coaching.

Nobody gets a template. The programme is written by hand for your answers on every tier — what the ladder buys is how much coaching stands next to it while you run it.

It starts with what you have

What you play, how often, what hurts afterwards, and what you actually have to train with — a gym, a court, a park, a pair of dumbbells, nothing. Written down on the lower tier, drawn out on a call on the upper two, because people say more than they write.

Four weeks of padel movement

Not general conditioning — the split step, the first two metres, the shoulder that takes every overhead. Built around the equipment you said you had, and yours as a PDF to keep.

As much coaching as you asked for

Every tier is written for you by hand. What the ladder buys is contact: whether your coach speaks to you before writing it, goes through the month with you at the end of it, and answers you in between.

Three tiers

Pick how much coaching you want.

The programme is written by hand on all three. What changes is whether your coach talks to you before writing it, goes through the month with you at the end, and answers you while it is running.

Plan
$89one month

You fill in a form. Your coach writes you the month.

  • A form about what you play, what hurts and what you have to train with
  • An individualised four-week programme, written for those answers
  • Yours as a PDF, to keep

Plan & callMost take this
$169one month

A call first, then it is written around what you said.

  • Everything in Plan
  • Fifteen minutes with your coach before anything is written, so the month is built on what they draw out rather than on what a form guessed at
  • The programme adjusted to what comes up on that call

Coached
$349one month

A call at each end, and someone reachable in between.

  • Everything in Plan & call
  • Fifteen minutes at the end of the month to go through what held and what you skipped

All three are one month, and none of them renew on their own. Pro carries whichever of these you pick alongside the membership, for less than the two bought apart — see Pro.

Two different halves

Not a Court Call with weights.

A Court Call changes how you play. The fitness month changes what you are able to play with. Most club players are held back by both, and the two do not compete for the same half hour.

If you want both, they come together on Pro — a membership with the fitness month already in it, for less than buying the two separately. That opens when this does; Omar’s side is running now.

Questions

Before you start.

Not open yet

This is still being set up, so there is nothing to buy today. Leave an address and you will get one email the day it opens, and nothing else. A Court Call with Omar is running now.

Working on the game itself? That is a Court Call.

Contact, not content. Every tier gets a programme written for your answers by hand. Plan takes those answers from a form. Plan & call draws them out on a call first. Coached adds a call at the end of the month and messages through it.

A Court Call is about your game — where you stand, how you swing, what is costing you points. Fitness is about the body playing it: how you move in the first two metres, and whether your shoulder still works in week three. Different coach, different half hour, and neither replaces the other.

No. Say what you have — on the form, or on the call if your tier has one — and the programme is written around that. A plan you cannot follow is not a plan.

No. One month at a time, and it stops unless you buy another. There is nothing to cancel.

Yes. Or take Pro, which is a membership with the fitness month already in it — you pick the tier there too — for less than buying the two separately.

Say so. On Coached that is what the call at the end is for, and what the messages are for while it is happening. We would rather rewrite the month around the life you have than have you report a month you did not do.

Nothing is taken when you ask. The month is confirmed first, you get an invoice, and it is settled by transfer before anything is written. Card payment on the site is coming shortly.
